The underground plumbing and electrical (C & C Plumbing, Central Contractors, Smoak Groves, Inc.) has been completed and inspected! Slab preparation, back filling, compaction, and grading has begun. We hope to pour the slab next week. And if anyone is like me, all this complicated language is to say- WE PRESS ON : ) Check out the pictures below.

Central Contractors employees setting temporary electrical service pole on Tuesday 12-30-08.

Moving slowly but surely…I just got back to the office after setting a temporary electrical pole (with our crew) at Gradma Bet’s house. We are in the final stages of making preparation for demolition. We are still waiting on the property deed to be recorded so that we can finish our permitting. Tim Sheehan said this should be completed sometime next week.
